This wine is the result of artisanal fermentation and aging process. After being fermented in cement tanks, it matures in Hungarian oak barriques for 18 months and then for another 6 months in the same cement tanks. After at least 6 months of bottle aging, the wine presents itself with an intense and bright ruby red color, with an intense aroma of sour cherry. It is a delicate, harmonious wine with considerable body, suitable for long aging. This Sangiovese, produced in limited quantities from a tiny vineyard of only 36 rows, represents the ultimate expression of Chianti Classico, a unique and prestigious wine.
